Trees Online will only deliver to physical addresses, not to PO Boxes or incomplete addresses. Therefore, it is necessary to include a full postcode or otherwise the consignment may not arrive and Trees Online cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses.

Incorrect postcodes can cause more delays than omitting the postcode completely. It will also be necessary to provide details of where to place items if you should be out and Trees Online cannot be responsible for any loss of items if they are lost after following your instructions.

Every effort will be made to make deliveries when requested and prevent delivery requests for such dates such as public holidays, Trees-Online cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to factors such as public holidays and/or postal strikes and factors within and beyond our control, for example, adverse weather conditions which may occasionally cause delays. In cases such as these, you will be notified.

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses for a flat rate charge of £12.99 (includes VAT) for orders under £50, Monday to Friday. Free delivery on any order only applies to mainland UK deliveries. If you purchase a postage free item plus a postage paid item then your final shipping bill amounts to the total of postage paid items. This complex shipping payment system comes from our courriers and we apologise for any inconvenience.

Our postage rates are as follows:

up to £50 = £12.99
£50 to £100 = £15.99
£100 to £150 = £18.99
£150 to £200 = £21.99
£200 to £300 = £25
£300 to £400 = £30
£400 to £500 = £35

For every £100 added to your order after £300, an additional £5 will be added to courier costs.

We do deliver to non-mainland UK addresses and the Republic of Ireland, but we need be contacted directly as we have to quote on a per order basis.

CLAIMS

As trees are living, they require constant watering and maintenance, this depending on the time of year . ‘In our experience it is often under-estimated as to how much water a tree requires. We make sure our trees leave well-watered. As a result, all trees need to be checked immediately and we need to be notified within 24 hours of delivery if the tree(s) appear to be dying.

Watering the tree immediately on arrival is essential. Our PDF File, which is downloadbale tells you how to look after trees. After this period we can not accept any liability for subsequent death of the tree(s) because of lack of watering or any environmental factor outside of our control. Claims against trees damaged during transit are required within 7 days of delivery. Trees which are the subject of a claim must be kept for the inspection of the carriers. This will in the first instance be a photograph of the tree and secondly we will require the trees returned for inspection so that we can work to ensure that future damages are not repeated. The customer has the right to cancel the order within 7 days from the date of order by given written notice to Trees-Online.
