TREE WARRANTY

The Basics

If your tree dies within 12 months of purchase, Trees Online will offer a 40% discount on your replacement tree. 

Conditions

• The tree you purchased must not have been part of any clearance sale or any multiple item discount offer.
• The tree must have died from natural causes e.g. vandalism is not covered in this warranty, neither is tree suicide (the credit crunch affects us all!).
• This offer starts from 1st January 2009, any trees purchased before then are not part of this warranty.
• The tree must be dead. Trees Online make the decision as to tree death and not taking a sabbatical, after discussion with our suppliers. 
• If the tree you originally ordered is not in stock, then we can only offer you the closest replacement. 
• There is no cash alternative or other replacement compensation other than a discounted replacement tree.
