Copper Kettle (Sorbus 'Copper Kettle') is a compact, small, healthy tree with heavy clusters of dynamic copper coloured fruit that often persist well into winter. Dramatically colourful autumn leaf colours of red and orange make this a really appealing tree. Most likely to be a seedling of S. ‘Joseph Rock'.
A medium height tree, so expect a height of up to 6 metres (20 foot) after 10 years.

Sorbus Copper Kettle Options
100-150cm: 2-3 years old, supplied in a 7-9 litre pot.
150-200cm : 2-3 years old, supplied in a 9-12 litre pot and is shaped as a Half Standard.
180-240cm: 3-4 years old, supplied in a 12-15L pot and shaped as a Half Standard.
A Half Standard refers to the shape it has been pruned to. When the tree was younger, it was pruned to give around half the length of the whole stem to be clear of branches and for the head, crown or whatever foliage is left to be a rounded head. In effect it looks a bit like a lollypop.

Good afternoon Alan, Great timing, my trees arrived today and my patio got finished yesterday so perfect for me to now plan where I plant. All 3 trees *(180-240cm Copper Kettle, 200-300cm Snow Queen and Multi0stem snow Queen) are a brilliant size and although the single stem are nearly bare I can tell they are really healthy. Ornamental Tree Roots In The Shade e.g. Behind A Fence
It is more important that that foliage (posh term for leaves) receives the sunlight than the roots. So if the canopy of your ornamental tree can sunbathe but the bottom of your tree thinks there has been a nuclear winter then that is ok. You might want to ensure you have good drainage as water and no sun is the start of algae and other such issues.

Our article on Tree Staking should help guide you.
Planting In The Corner Of A Garden
Air and light is reduced in this location which could promote fungus and bacterial issues. If the corner is of the house and a fence then you also have leeching issues to contend with from cement and wood preservatives. Also when it rains, that area would experience higher water levels so we advise against it unless the plant is very hardy.
Sorbus Not Flowering
Sounds like it might need a fertilizer. Nitrogen encourages leafy growth, often at the expense of flowers and fruit. Select a fruit tree specific fertilizer, or use a fertilizer that promotes flowers, such as "0-10-10" or "15-30-15." The numbers represent the amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contained by the fertilizer. Berry production does vary each year due in to weather conditions.
