For existing orders, please include your order number, delivery postcode and the name used on the order.
If a tree or plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the plant, the damage and the packaging so we can assess the issue quickly.
Damage in transit is dealt with separately from the Tree Warranty.
