Our 10–60cm small hemlock trees provide an affordable start for evergreen planting. These low-cost cell grown trees are quick and easy to plant, establish fast and can be planted for most of the year. Their established root plugs lower failure risk, while the price makes it practical to order around 10% extra hemlock saplings to pot on as spares. Every tree is inspected before dispatch, covered by our limited Tree Warranty terms and delivered free.
Hemlock trees are evergreen conifers with flattened needles and small cones. Hemlock seedlings tolerate more shade than many conifers, while western hemlock seedlings perform best on moist, well-drained sites. Hemlock tree seedlings can be grown on for underplanting and continuous-cover forestry.
